Claims (1)
- 長尺枠体形状に形成された本体部と、本体部の
端部に設けられた運搬用の把手と、本体部に一定
間隔を介して設けられた本体部の長さ方向を複数
に区画してウエハキヤリアを複数個並列載置する
ことを可能にする位置決めガイドと、位置決めガ
イドに区画される各区画内に設けられたウエハキ
ヤリアの下縁部を支承するキヤリアガイドと、同
じく各区画内に設けられウエハキヤリアの底中央
部に対向する開口部とを備えてなるウエハキヤリ
ア載置台。
