Claims (1)
- 少なくとも３面を有するプリズムと、このプリ
ズムの第１の面に一定粘度の透明な液体を定量滴
下して一定膜厚の液体膜を形成する液体膜形成機
構と、表面実装用ＩＣを把持してこのＩＣのリー
ドを前記プリズムの第１の面に接触させる把持機
構と、前記プリズムの第１の面に形成した前記液
体膜で全反射が生ずるように前記プリズムの第２
の面から光を入射する照明機構と、前記プリズム
の第１の面に形成した前記液体膜と前記ＩＣのリ
ードとの接触状態に応じて変化する全反射光を前
記プリズムの第３の面を通して検出して電気量に
変換する光・電気変換機構とを備えることを特徴
とする表面実装用ＩＣリード曲がり検出装置。
