第1図は本考案の実用新案登録請求の範囲に対
応した機能ブロツク図、第2図は本考案の一実施
例の構成図、第3図はその動作説明に供するフロ
ーチヤート、第4図は、カフ圧力の時間的変化を
示す図、第5図は、脈波の振幅値と最低血圧値と
の関係を示す図である。第6図は、従来の昇圧式
電子血圧計におけるカフ圧力の時間的変化を示す
図である。 1……カフ、2……加圧ポンプ(加圧手段)、
3……減圧弁(減圧手段)、4……脈波センサ、
5……制御部。

電子血圧計におけるカフ圧力の時間的変化を示す
図である。 1……カフ、2……加圧ポンプ(加圧手段)、
3……減圧弁(減圧手段)、4……脈波センサ、
5……制御部。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被測定体の動脈を圧迫するためのカフの圧力を
加圧手段を介して段階的に加圧する段階的加圧制
御手段と、この段階的加圧制御手段による加圧の
停止に応答してカフに伝えられる脈波を脈圧セン
サにより検出して最低血圧値および最高血圧値を
決定する血圧値決定手段とを有する電子血圧計に
おいて、 測定開始信号に応答して加圧手段によりカフの
圧力を所定の設定圧力値にまで連続して加圧する
連続加圧制御手段と、この連続加圧制御手段によ
る加圧の完了に応答して脈圧センサにより脈波の
振幅を検出してこの振幅値から最低血圧の推定値
を算出する推定値算出手段と、この最低血圧の推
定値を前記設定加圧値に対応する基準値と対比し
て推定値が基準値に比べ高いことを示す対比信号
を前記段階的加圧制御手段にスタート信号として
与える対比手段と、推定値が基準値に比べて低い
ことを示す対比信号に応答してカフの圧力を減圧
手段により一定量減圧して減圧完了時にその完了
信号を前記段階的加圧制御手段にスタート信号と
して与える減圧制御手段とを備えたことを特徴と
する電子血圧計。
