Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 貯水槽２に蓄えられた貯水が、この貯水槽
    ２下部に設けられた超音波振動子４の超音波振動
    によつて霧化室８において霧化されると共にこの
    霧化室８と連通する送風筒９からの送風により霧
    化した霧状の水滴を器外に放出する超音波式噴霧
    発生装置において、前記貯水槽２の全域に照射す
    るような紫外線殺菌ランプ１１を配設することを
    特徴とする超音波式噴霧発生装置。 (2) 紫外線殺菌ランプ１１は貯水槽の外部より
    貯水槽の一部に設けられた透明部を透過して貯水
    槽に照射するようにした請求項１の超音波式噴霧
    発生装置。 (3) 貯水槽２の内壁面を紫外線反射の良好の材
    料により形成した請求項１の超音波式噴霧発生装
    置。
