- 流水路１の途中に設けられた水槽２内に複数本
の紫外線ランプ３を直接又は保護管を被せて配設
すると共に、水槽２の底部に超音波発生装置４と
散気装置５を設置したことを特徴とする自然流下
式紫外線滅菌装置。
