はローラコンベヤ装置と荷積み装置の関係を示す

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 品物を荷積み装置に搬送する際に、搬送路中の
    荷向転換区間において荷積みパターンにより必要
    に応じて品物の側部を押すことにより品物を回動
    して荷向転換を行なうとともに、この搬送路中の
    荷向転換区間の下流側の整列区間において荷積み
    パターンの１列分の品物を整列させるローラコン
    ベヤ装置であつて、 上記搬送路中の整列区間の先端に品物に対する
    ストツパを設け、この整列区間を昇降部材の上昇
    により駆動体によつて駆動されるとともに昇降部
    材の下降により駆動体から解放される多数のアキ
    ユームローラで構成し、この整列区間を複数のア
    キユーム区間に分割するとともに、この各アキユ
    ーム区間毎に品物を検出し品物の検出時にそのア
    キユーム区間のアキユームローラに対する昇降部
    材を下降させてそのアキユーム区間のアキユーム
    ローラの駆動を停止させるセンサを設け、 上記搬送路中の荷向転換区間の先端に下流側の
    上記整列区間のアキユーム区間に品物があるとき
    に搬送路に進出して後続の品物を停止させるとと
    もに各アキユーム区間に品物がないときに搬送路
    から退避して後続の品物を通過させるストツパを
    設け、この荷向転換区間の先端部の品物を直進さ
    せる直進区間を昇降部材の上昇により駆動体によ
    つて駆動されるとともに昇降部材の下降により駆
    動体から解放される複数のアキユームローラで構
    成し、この荷向転換区間の直進区間に品物を検出
    し品物の検出時にこの直進区間のアキユームロー
    ラに対する昇降部材を下降させてこの直進区間の
    アキユームローラの駆動を停止させるセンサを設
    け、この荷向転換区間の直進区間の上流側の品物
    を回動させる回動区間の搬送速度をその下流側の
    直進区間及びアキユーム区間の搬送速度よりも速
    い速度に設定したことを特徴とするローラコンベ
    ヤ装置。
