    からのリードが上記半導体集積回路のチツプの平
    面に平行な平面内に導出されるフラツト・パツケ
    ージにおいて、 当該フラツト・パツケージ内のリードの通過部
    分に上記チツプの平面に平行な平面を有する導体
    パターンを設け、この導体パターンを接地電位に
    接続して接地導体とし、互いに隣り合うリードを
    上記接地導体を挟んで互いに反対側に配列するこ
    とを特徴とするフラツト・パツケージ。
