  1. 絶縁性且つ透光性の多面体からなる導光路部材
    と、該導光路部材の1つの面に設けられ、入射光
    を分散させる光分散手段と、上記導光路部材の他
    面の少なくとも1つの面に形成される非晶質シリ
    コンを主体とした半導体膜を含む光電変換素子と
    、を備え、上記光電変換素子の受光面積が上記光
    分散手段の入射光面積より大きいことを特徴とし
    た光起電力装置。
