Description
第1図は本考案実施例の一部を縦断した図、第
2図は第1図におけるx―y部分を示した図、第
3図は本考案のX線管を使用した装置の配置例を
示した図である。なお図において、1は真空気密
容器、2は軸受、3はプーリ、4はベルト、5は
回転軸、6は回転対陰極、7,8はその一部、9
,10はウエーネルト電極、11,12は電子放
出陰極、13,14はX線窓、15,16はX線
回折装置、である。
2図は第1図におけるx―y部分を示した図、第
3図は本考案のX線管を使用した装置の配置例を
示した図である。なお図において、1は真空気密
容器、2は軸受、3はプーリ、4はベルト、5は
回転軸、6は回転対陰極、7,8はその一部、9
,10はウエーネルト電極、11,12は電子放
出陰極、13,14はX線窓、15,16はX線
回折装置、である。
Claims (1)
- ほぼ円筒状をなした回転対陰極の周側面をその
軸線に直角な平面で2分して上記平面の両側にお
ける対陰極の表面を異種の対陰極材料で形成する
と共にその2種の対陰極表面を前記軸線に対して
互いに逆方向へ僅かに傾斜する円錐面状に形成し
て、上記2種の対陰極表面にそれぞれ電子線を投
射する電子線放射陰極を設け、上記電子線が各対
陰極の表面に入射する位置とそれぞれ対向してか
つ前記円錐面の軸とほぼ平行に各対陰極から逆向
きに放射されるX線を取り出すように互いに反対
側の真空気密壁にそれぞれX線放射窓を形成した
回転対陰極X線管。
