第１図は本考案実施例の一部を縦断した図、第
２図は第１図におけるｘ―ｙ部分を示した図、第
３図は本考案のＸ線管を使用した装置の配置例を
示した図である。なお図において、１は真空気密
容器、２は軸受、３はプーリ、４はベルト、５は
回転軸、６は回転対陰極、７，８はその一部、９
，１０はウエーネルト電極、１１，１２は電子放
出陰極、１３，１４はＸ線窓、１５，１６はＸ線
回折装置、である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ほぼ円筒状をなした回転対陰極の周側面をその
    軸線に直角な平面で２分して上記平面の両側にお
    ける対陰極の表面を異種の対陰極材料で形成する
    と共にその２種の対陰極表面を前記軸線に対して
    互いに逆方向へ僅かに傾斜する円錐面状に形成し
    て、上記２種の対陰極表面にそれぞれ電子線を投
    射する電子線放射陰極を設け、上記電子線が各対
    陰極の表面に入射する位置とそれぞれ対向してか
    つ前記円錐面の軸とほぼ平行に各対陰極から逆向
    きに放射されるＸ線を取り出すように互いに反対
    側の真空気密壁にそれぞれＸ線放射窓を形成した
    回転対陰極Ｘ線管。
