センサの故障検出装置の一実施例を示す図であり
、第２図は、第１図の比較演算器の一例のブロツ
ク回路図であり、第３図は、可動翼流体機械の翼
角操作軸を軸方向にサーボ制御するために磁気近
接センサが設けられた従来の制御系の一例である
。 ２：翼角操作軸、２２：環状連動部材、２３：
磁気近接センサ、２９：比較演算器。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) １つの被検出対象の変化に対して、略同一
    値の検出信号が得られるように２個のセンサを配
    置し、この２個のセンサから出力される前記検出
    信号を比較演算器に与え、２つの前記検出信号の
    差違が所定以上のときに前記比較演算器から故障
    信号を出力するように構成したことを特徴とする
    センサの故障検出装置。 (2) 前記センサが、移動制御される部材の位置
    を検出することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載のセンサの故障検出装置。 (3) 前記センサが、磁気近接センサであり、前
    記移動制御される部材が、可動翼体機械の翼角操
    作軸であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第２項記載のセンサの故障検出装置。
