流ノズル、１３，１８〜天井循環フアン、１６〜
排ガスダクト、１７〜直火式バーナ、Ｏ〜焼入油
、Ｗ〜処理材。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 直火式焼入炉内を仕切壁により、予熱帯と加熱
    ・均熱帯とに区画し、前記予熱帯にバツフルと天
    井循環フアンとからなる雰囲気強制循環装置を炉
    長方向に複数配設して複数ゾーンを形成するとと
    もに、前記焼入炉の出口部に、焼入油槽を有する
    焼入室を連設し、この焼入室に不活性ガス供給管
    を接続したことを特徴とする連続式焼入設備。
