リンダブロツクとクランクシヤフトの支持軸部と
の間に装着した状態を示す縦断面図、第2図は第
1図のA―A断面図、第3図は転がり軸受を組み
立てた状態を示す斜視図、第4図は係止板の斜視
図、第5図は分割素子の突き合せ部の斜視図、第
6図は分割素子の断面図、第7図は係止板の別例
を示す第2図の右半部同様の図、第8図は分割素
子が直径方向にずれた状態を誇張して示す略側面
図、第9図は従来の軸受部分を示す斜視図、第1
0図はクランクシヤフトの支持軸部を示す側面図
、第11図は分割型転がり軸受の斜視図、第12
図はこの転がり軸受の組付状態を示す側面図、第
13図はこの転がり軸受を構成する分割素子が幅

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 外周面を軌道面とする軸と、この軸の周囲に配
    設された複数の転動体と、半円弧形の分割素子を
    組み合わせて円筒状を成し、この転動体の周囲を
    囲む外輪と、この外輪を内側に保持固定する分割
    型のハウジングとから成る分割型転がり軸受装置
    に於いて、上記分割素子の円周方向端縁部で、且
    つ組み合わせ時に互いに整合する位置に切り欠き
    を形成して、両分割素子の組み合わせ時に外輪に
    切込を形成自在とし、上記ハウジングの間に挾持
    固定した係止板の端縁に互いに間隔をあけて形成
    した1対の突片の内の少なくとも一方の突片を上
    記切込に挿入し、この一方の突片と他方の突片と
    で外輪を構成する分割素子の合わせ部を、両側か
    ら抑えた事を特徴とする分割型転がり軸受装置。
