Claims (1)
- 複数のトランジスタを基本セルとするゲートア
レー回路において、ゲートアレーの内部回路と複
数の外部入力の間に挿入される複数の入力バツフ
アブロツクと、前記内部回路と複数の外部出力の
間に挿入される複数の出力バツフアブロツクのそ
れぞれに、前記内部回路に接続される端子とは別
にスルー回路用端子を設け、前記複数の入力バツ
フアブロツクのスルー回路用端子とこれに対応す
る前記複数の出力バツフアブロツクのスルー回路
用端子間のそれぞれを直接接続する複数のスルー
回路と、前記複数の入力バツフアブロツクと前記
複数の出力バツフアブロツクの間に挿入された前
記内部回路を切り離し前記スルー回路に切り換え
る手段を有することを特徴とするゲートアレー回
路。
