の全負荷の場合の位置における概略縦断面図、第
2図は内燃機関が冷間始動した場合の第1図に示
す触媒装置の位置を示す縦断面図である。 1,2,2′……ハニカム構造体、3……排気
ガスパイプ、4……流体案内ハウジング、5……
パイプ片、6……円筒部分、7……調節ロツド、
8……滑りガイド、10……調節ドライブ。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 触媒材料をコーテイングされ排気ガスが軸方
    向に貫流するハニカム構造体1,2,2′を有し
    、前記ハニカム構造体1の通過断面積がその前段
    に設けられた排気ガスパイプ3の断面積よりも大
    であつて、流入断面の前にハニカム構造体1の軸
    線上に配置され排気ガスパイプ3の断面から流入
    断面FEまで円錐状に拡幅する流体案内ハウジン
    グ4が設けられている、特に内燃機関の排気ガス
    浄化触媒装置において、 前記流体案内ハウジング4内に、内径が排気ガ
    スパイプの内径に等しく、かつ長さLが流体案内
    ハウジング4の軸方向に測定した長さHよりも大
    であるパイプ片5が軸方向に摺動可能に配置され
    ていることを特徴とする排気ガス浄化触媒装置。 2 前記パイプ片5が、流体案内ハウジング4の
    円筒部分6内で案内されていることを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の排気ガス
    浄化触媒装置。 3 前記パイプ片5が調節ロツド7と結合され、
    前記調節ロツドの側方はパイプ片5に係合してお
    り、かつ流体案内ハウジング4に属する密封され
    た滑りガイド8の中で外方に導かれていることを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項又は第
    2項に記載の排気ガス浄化触媒装置。 4 調節ロツド7が流体案内ハウジング4の軸線
    9に対し平行に延びていることを特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第3項に記載の排気ガス浄化
    触媒装置。 5 調節ロツド7が、各中間位置に停止可能な調
    節ドライブ10と接続されていることを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第3項に記載の排気ガ
    ス浄化触媒装置。 6 調節ドライブ10が、ハニカム構造体1,2
    ,2′の領域で温度センサと接続されていること
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第5項に記
    載の排気ガス浄化触媒装置。
