- 半導体チツプを収納するキヤビテイーを有する
半導体装置用パツケージ本体と、半導体チツプを
保護するために前記パツケージ本体上に接続され
るキヤツプを有する半導体装置用パツケージにお
いて、キヤビテイー部と、キヤツプをパツケージ
に接続するための接続部との間に、突起部を形成
したことを特徴とする半導体装置用パツケージ。
