  1. 流体通路中に設けられた内部に張設された熱線
    の上流側の内面形状を流体が上記熱線の中央部に
    集中して流れるように凸部を有しかつ上記熱線の
    下流側の内周面に整流用ガイドを有する円筒状ハ
    ウジング、この円筒状ハウジングの内周面に設け
    られ上記熱線を支持する複数の熱線支持体、上記
    熱線に接続され流量に比例した信号を出力する制
    御回路を備えた熱線式流量センサ。
