- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 多角錐形の外側錐面にウエハより若干大径の
ザグリを設け、該ザグリ内にウエハを載置するシ
リンダ型気相成長装置のサセプタにおいて、前記
ザグリの下部に、前記ウエハのオリエンテーシヨ
ンフラツトに対応する直線部分を水平に設け、か
つ前記ザグリの円弧部中心から前記直線部分まで
の距離を、ウエハの円弧部中心からオリエンテー
シヨンフラツトまでの距離と等しく設定したこと
を特徴とするシリンダ型気相成長装置のサセプタ
。 ２ 前記ザグリの直線部分が、サセプタと別に作
られた部材を設けることによつて形成されている
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
記載のシリンダ型気相成長装置のサセプタ。
