【特許請求の範囲】 1 頂部の一側に第1垂下部を、他側に第2垂下
部をそれぞれ有する板金製ワークの前記第2垂下
部の下縁を前記第1垂下部側へ折曲げて鉤形部を
有する製品を得るに当り、前記鉤形部に対応する
鉤形折曲げ刃を有する固定部と、該固定部に隣接
して配設され、折曲げ加工時に上昇し、また離型
時に下降する可動部とを備えた折曲げダイを用
い、前記ワークの前記第1垂下部を前記可動部側
に、また前記第2垂下部を前記固定部側にそれぞ
れ位置させて前記ワークを前記折曲げダイに被着
し、次いで前記鉤形部を形成して前記製品を得る
折曲げ加工工程と;前記可動部を下降させて前記
製品の前記第1垂下部と前記固定部間に、該第1
垂下部の該固定部側への横移動を許容すべく前記
鉤形部の折曲げ長さよりも幅広の離型用空間を形
成する工程と;前記製品を前記固定部側へ押動し
て前記鉤形部を前記折曲げ刃より外す離型工程
と;よりなる折曲げ加工製品の製造方法。 2 頂部の一側に第1垂下部を、他側に第2垂下
部をそれぞれ有する板金製ワークの前記第2垂下
部の下縁を前記第1垂下部側へ折曲げて鉤形部を

記第2垂下部側に位置し前記鉤形部に対応する鉤
形折曲げ刃を有する固定部と、前記ワークの前記
第1垂下部側に位置し該固定部に隣接して配設さ
れた可動部とよりなり、前記ワークの折曲げ加工
時には前記可動部が上昇して該ワークの被着を許
容し、また前記製品の離型時には前記可動部が下
降して該製品の前記第1垂下部と前記固定部間
に、該第1垂下部の該固定部側への横移動を許容
すべく前記鉤形部の折曲げ長さより幅広の離型用
空間を形成し得るように、前記可動部を昇降自在
に構成し、前記折曲げダイにピアシングポンチと
協働するダイ孔を設けてなる折曲げ加工製品の製
造装置。
