As a result, while the upper mold 5 escapes upward, the lifter 8 is in the position shown in the second figure with respect to the lower mold 1, and the press material 6 is placed thereon as shown on the right side of FIG. Next, when the upper die 5 starts lowering, a presser pin (not shown) overcomes the coil spring 14 and pushes the lifter 8 downward, and the presser member 7 presses the press material 6 downward. In this case, there is a protrusion 1 at the center of the upper part of the lower mold 1.
9 is formed, and since a recess 20 that engages with the projection 19 is previously formed in the center of the press material 6, the pressing action of the presser member 7 causes both 1
9 and 20 engage, thereby aligning the press material 6 for processing. Thereafter, the upper mold 5 further descends, and in cooperation with the lower mold 1 presses or bends the press material 6 to form a pressed product 9 as shown on the left side of FIG. 2 and FIG. 3. Thereafter, when the upper mold 5 separates upward, the lifter 8 is released from the pressure and rises by the action of the spring 14, and at the same time removes the pressed product 9 from the lower mold 1, and removes the pressed product 9 from the lower mold 1.
The edge of the pressed product 9 is supported by the press as shown in FIG.

Effects of the Invention As described above, in the present invention, the lifter 8 is provided with the movable member 21, so that the pressed product 9 after molding can be supported on a flat, wide surface. Therefore, it is possible to discharge the pressed product 9 onto the lifter 8 in a stable state at all times, thereby improving workability in tandem processing and optimizing feedability in transfer processing. In addition, without paying attention to the spring back of the pressed product 9, wear of the dies 1 and 5, etc., the pressed product 9 can be constantly pressed.
Since the lifter 8 can be supported in the correct posture, there is no need to replace the lifter 8 as often as in the past.Furthermore, there is no need for steps such as the terrace part 11 as in the past, and the upper surface of the movable member 21 can be made flat, so the press This allows the goods 9 to be carried out smoothly. In particular, even when using a two-dimensional transfer, the press product 9 can freely slide in the horizontal direction, so that the feedability of the press product 9 is not hindered.
