The purpose of administering this roughage is to supplement fiber content. Attempts were made to use bamboo chips in addition to rice straw as roughage, but there were problems with low digestibility and poor storage stability. (silage), but although the digestibility was better than in the above case, the problem of shelf life remained unsolved. Similarly, a method of steaming bamboo (for example, heating and pressurizing with steam) has been attempted, but this method also had the problem of poor storage stability.

A method of grinding into sawdust having a diameter of mm is suitable. Since the pulverized product of Mosochiku usually contains 40 to 60% by weight of water, it is subjected to the next drying process. The drying step is carried out using, for example, a fluidized dryer, a hand dryer, a rotary kiln, etc., until the moisture content of the powder is 20% by weight or less, preferably 10% by weight or less.
This is done by adjusting the mixing ratio to 15%. Drying to this level of moisture content prevents deterioration of the raw material due to the formation of mold and the like, and also facilitates the subsequent granulation process. If desired, molasses or other additives are added to the thus dried powdery mosouchiku, and the mixture is kneaded or mixed using, for example, a paddle mixer. The purpose of such addition of molasses, etc. is to improve palatability during rearing, facilitate granulation, etc. The amount of molasses added is 0-20
% by weight, preferably 5-10% by weight. The granulation process of the present invention is carried out by supplying the raw material powder prepared as described above to, for example, a vertical extrusion granulator and granulating it into pellets having a diameter of 5 to 10 mm.
以下、本発明の製法の実施例を図面によって説明する。Examples of the manufacturing method of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

In the figure, a raw material, sawdust 101, is supplied to a crusher (sawdust manufacturing machine) 102, where it is crushed to an average diameter of 1 to 3 mm. The crushed material is transferred to the dryer 103, and
It is dried to a moisture content of 0% by weight or less. The dried material is then sent to a liquid kneader 104, where molasses 106 is added if desired and thoroughly kneaded, and then the mixture is sent to a granulator 2.

diameter) and then stored in a conveyor product tank (not shown). The powder produced by crushing the pellets in the classifier 205 is returned to the inlet of the quantitative feeder 201 as an undersize powder, and is granulated again into a product.
