Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the titled feed having high nutrient value and free from the danger of animal bloat, etc., by pelletizing a mixture of pressed grains containing alpha-starch, brans and vitamins, mixing the pellets with roughage, and dispersing a liquid feed material uniformly in the mixture. CONSTITUTION:Grains containing alpha-starch are pressed, and mixed with vegetable oil cake, wheat bran, leaves and stalks for feed, fish meal, brans such as defatted rice bran, and nutrients such as vitamins and minerals, and the mixture is pelletized to a diameter of 3-15mm.. 90-40pts.wt. of concentrated feed containing said pellets is compounded with 10-60pts.wt. of roughage. The objective feed for animal can be produced by spraying a liquid feed material such as black molasses, oil or fat, waste liquid of food processing industry, etc. to the assorted feed obtained by the above process.

The present invention provides grains whose starch components have been pregelatinized and pressed, and grains selected from the group consisting of vegetable oil cakes, bran, fodder foliage, fishmeal, and defatted bran, which contain vitamins and minerals. The compound feed is made by blending 90 to 40 parts by weight of a concentrated feed containing nutrients added and formed into pellets having a diameter of 3 mm to 15 mm, and 10 to 60 parts by weight of roughage. The feed material is characterized in that a liquid feed material selected from the group consisting of blackstrap molasses, fats and oils, food processing waste liquid, etc. is uniformly sprinkled on the feed material.

The compressed grains constituting the concentrate used in the present invention are grains conventionally used as ingredients for concentrates, such as corn, barley, wheat, and milo, which are heated wet or dry and then pressed with a roll. The starch component is pregelatinized. Note that the degree of pregelatinization is preferably 30 to 60%. In addition, pellet moldings, which are other elements constituting the concentrate feed, are made from vegetable oil cakes such as soybean oil cake and rapeseed oil meal, which are conventionally used as materials for concentrate feed.
Add nutrients such as vitamins and minerals to foliage such as bran and alfalfa, animal substances such as fishmeal, defatted bran, or a mixture of two or more thereof, and make it into powder according to a conventional method. It is obtained by molding it into a pellet shape with a diameter of 3 mm to 15 mm so that it can be easily ingested by reflex animals and uniformly mixed with roughage. In addition, feed additives other than those mentioned above may be added during this molding.

The reflective animal feed according to the present invention is produced by blending a thick feed obtained in two series with roughage, and adding liquid feed materials such as blackstrap molasses, fats and oils, or various food processing waste liquids to the mixed feed. It is made by uniformly dispersing materials that can be applied as a feed, and the weight ratio of concentrate and roughage is 90:
Blend at a ratio of 10 to 40:60. In this formulation, if the ratio of roughage to concentrate feed is lower than the above range, the crude fiber content in the feed will be insufficient and will harm the health of the first animal, while if it is higher, the nutritional value will be reduced and the complete feed will be It no longer serves the purpose of The roughage mentioned here includes those conventionally used as roughage such as hay cubes, cottonseed grains, rice straw, etc., and the fiber content of these grains has been crushed in advance using a hammer mill, cutter, etc. Or cut and apply.

In the present invention, as described above, the liquid feed material is uniformly spread over the mixture of the concentrate feed and roughage, and as a result of this spreading, both the feed materials are adsorbed to each other and integrated, resulting in separation 1. Therefore, there is no need to worry about picking one feed unbalanced or leaving uneaten food when feeding it to animals. Further, even if powdery substances are generated in the feed, they are absorbed throughout the feed, thereby preventing them from scattering.

Additionally, various additives such as propionate as a preservative and calcium carbonate or calcium bicarbonate as a buffer are generally added for the purpose of enhancing the preservation effect of feed or maintaining a good physiological state of the animal. The feed of the present invention has the advantage of being able to eliminate the problem of palatability caused by the addition of the above-mentioned additives, although this may impair the animal's taste.

As mentioned above, the feed according to the present invention has high nutritional value and maintains a nutritional balance, and in addition, the feed can be consumed evenly by reflex animals, so there is no problem with the animal's health. This makes it possible to raise animals in good condition without causing any problems.
