Abstract

PURPOSE:To make panels maintain waterproofness and airtightness using neither caulking nor packing materials by forming one or more protruding stripes in the longitudinal direction on the connecting parts between the panels. CONSTITUTION:A surface member 1 and a rear member 18 are made from metallic plates. At the edge of one end in the longitudinal direction of the surface member 1, an engaging channel 8 with a roughly horizontal U-shaped section is formed and at the other end, an outwardly protruding thrusting edge 16 is formed, and these edge members are made to be a thrusting-in structure. In the engaging channel 8 or on the thrusting edge 16, one or more protruding stripes 14 are formed. The surface member 1 and the rear member 18 are integrated with a core material 21 so that the both members do not contact each other.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to architectural panels (hereinafter simply referred to as panels) useful for constructing the outer and inner walls of buildings and structures. More specifically, even if the decorative surface width and panel thickness are increased, the male and female mating structure will not peel off from the wall base, and fixing tools such as nails will not be exposed to the outside. This relates to a panel with enhanced waterproofness that can be stretched horizontally.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, with this type of panel, if nails, bolts, etc. are used to fix it to the structure, and if it is fixed from the top, it will not be able to follow the deformation of the structure due to earthquakes, etc., and it will break. There was a disadvantage. In addition, in the case of large panels with a decorative surface width of about 600 to 900+ ohm, the conventional construction method was to install the decorative surface from the top, which exposed fixings such as nails and bolts on the decorative surface. This resulted in a significant deterioration in aesthetics and weather resistance. Furthermore, if the front and back materials are metal plates, the front and back materials will come into contact at the joints, and in the event of a fire, the heat from the front material will be transferred to the back material at the joints, which are the weakest points. The heat may spread to the sides, creating a so-called thermal bridge, and the connecting portion may be destroyed, posing a problem with fire resistance. In addition, with male and female type connection structures, rainwater leaks from between the connection parts due to wind and rain, so it is considered to interpose caulking material, banking material, etc. between the connection parts, but it is difficult to prevent weather resistance and durability. There were problems in performance, cost, productivity, and workability (uneven joint width).

Taking these points into account, the present invention uses metal plates for the front and back materials, and has an engagement groove with a substantially U-shaped cross section on one longitudinal edge of the surface material, and an outer groove on the other edge. A protruding insertion edge is formed to form an insertion structure, the front surface material and the back surface material are integrated with a core material so that they do not contact, and the surface material is inserted into the engagement groove of the surface material or along the insertion edge along the longitudinal direction. By forming one or more protrusions, the panel can be fixed at one end and not exposed to the outside, and it can also prevent the panel from peeling off due to thermal expansion, contraction, and deformation of the frame (earthquake, etc.). A panel that prevents the material from peeling off, passes a fire resistance test, can increase the width and thickness of the decorative surface, and maintains waterproofness without using caulking material 1 or backing material at the joints. It provides:

To explain in more detail, one or more protrusions 14 are formed along the longitudinal direction of the panel A, and their shapes can be arbitrary, such as triangular, semicircular, square, and wavy, and their formation positions can vary. Fig. 5(a) - (scent,
Figures 6(a) to 6(a) are formed as shown in an example. In Figures 5 and 6, only a part of the surface material is shown, and the plate thickness is omitted. This protrusion 14 connects the insertion edge 16 to the panel with the engagement groove 8 as shown in FIG.
When inserted into the panel A, a plurality of voids are formed, and these voids prevent capillary action, greatly improving the waterproofness of the joint between the panels A. On the back material side, as shown in FIG. Covering the back surface makes Panel A a sandwich structure, improving the mechanical strength of Panel A itself, and serving as a noncombustible material, waterproof material, heat shielding material, soundproofing material, backing material, etc. The core material 21 is mainly made of synthetic resin foam, which functions as a heat insulator, waterproof material, soundproof material, buffer material, fireproof material, etc., such as polyisocyanurate foam, phenol foam, polyurea foam, polyimide foam, etc. synthetic resin foams, and flame retardants (borates, silicates, phosphates, etc.), flame retardant aids (gypsum slag, talc, shirasu balloons, etc.), aggregates (perlite, glass peas, etc.), and these synthetic resin foams. etc.), those mixed with fibrous materials (long and short fibers), etc., those coated with phenol foam powder around pearlite and foamed by heating and pressurizing, plasterboard,
It is made of a single material or a combination of multiple materials, such as rock wool board, glass wool board, ALC, insulation board, wood chip board, glass wool, etc. In addition, the core material 21 is formed by filling the top surface material and the gutter-like portions 1a and 18a for the back surface material as shown in the figure, and at the same time, ensuring that the reinforcing pieces 10.17 and 19.20 do not come into contact with each other. Even if the surface material is heated due to a fire or the like, the heat will not be transferred to the back surface material, thereby improving fire resistance by preventing thermal bridging. Further, the relationship between the width W1 of the cutout portion 21a and the width W2 of the bulge portion 21b is W1≧W2.
