In addition, in the case of large panels with a decorative surface width of about 600 to 900 mm, the usual construction method has traditionally been to pierce the surface from the decorative surface, which exposes fixings such as nails and bolts on the decorative surface. This resulted in a significant deterioration in aesthetics and weather resistance. Furthermore, if the front and back materials are metal plates, the front and back materials will come into contact at the joints, and in the event of a fire, the heat from the front material will be transferred to the back material at the joints, which are the weakest points. The heat may spread to the sides, creating a so-called thermal bridge, and the connecting portion may be destroyed, posing a problem with fire resistance.

In addition, by integrating the front and back materials with a core material so that they do not come into contact with each other, the panel can be fixed at one end and not exposed to the outside.
In addition, the insert type prevents panel peeling and surface material from peeling off due to panel thermal expansion, contraction, and deformation of the frame (earthquakes, etc.), passes fire resistance tests, and can increase the width and thickness of the decorative surface. This panel provides the following panels.

In addition, for panel A, a 0.5 mm thick color steel plate was used as the surface material and the back material, and polyisocyanurate foam was discharged as a raw material for the core material 26.
It is made by reacting, foaming, then curing and integrating. Therefore, the fixing piece 11 of the n-th panel A1 is fixed to the frame α made of main pillars, studs, waterproof sheets, steel frame bases, etc. via fixing devices β such as bolts. Next, insert the insertion edge 17 of the female connecting portion H of the n-1st panel A2 into the panel A
The lower insertion edge 21 is inserted into the engagement groove 8 of panel AI into the engagement groove 9 of panel AI to form a joint as shown in FIG. Further, in order to form the entire wall body, the above steps may be repeated in sequence. In addition, it is necessary to use a drainer (not shown) in the base part, caulking material, and accessories in parts such as exit and entry corners (not shown).

Panel A is formed with a raised material to prevent the back surface material from coming into contact with the surface material, a fireproof material (inorganic material), and a back-up material 29 that functions to prevent liquid leakage. Figure (e) shows the top surface material and the back surface material. When laminating the panels during production, panel A is formed with a raised material (long or short) 30 for determining the thickness of each panel A and for forming a space in which the core material 26 is filled. , (f) is panel A with a drop-in structure (the dark figure is panel A with the back side material removed). Of course, Figure 5 (
Panel A may be a combination of each of a) to (u) to FIG. 10(a) to ((to)).

たパネルとなる。As explained above, according to the panel according to the present invention, (1) the surface material is fixed to the building frame at one end edge, so even if the decorative surface (surface material) is heated by solar heat etc. and the metal plate expands and contracts, the metal plate will expand and contract. does not adversely affect the fixed part. ■Since there is no deformation of the decorative surface, the design can be maintained over a long period of time. ■Large panels can be securely fixed to the building frame without exposing nails, bolts, etc. to the outside. ■Even when the panels are fixed to the structure and connected, the front and back materials between the panels do not come into contact with each other, and thermal bridges from the front to back materials can be reliably prevented in the event of a fire. . ■Since the connection part has a double engagement structure, waterproofness and airtightness can be greatly improved. ■The panel has improved earthquake resistance, heat insulation, fire resistance, sound insulation, and ease of construction.
