Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily form a decorative sheet by using foaming ink to obtain printing paper, applying a synthetic resin sol, and providing a thermosetting resin layer. CONSTITUTION:Foaming ink is applied on printing paper 1 by gravure printing, etc. The drying temp. is controlled to a temp. (<=120 deg.C) at which the foaming ink 3 is dried, to prevent a foaming. The foaming ink 3 is obtained by using PVC, acrylic resin, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, etc., as the vehicle of the foaming ink 3, incorporating about 2-10% foaming agent, and further mixing a pigment and a dye as the colorant and an org. solvent into the ink. A transparent synthetic resin sol is then applied over the whole surface of the printing paper, dried, and gelled. The foaming ink is simultaneously formed, and the surface corresponding to the patterned part printed by the foaming ink is matted as compared with the other surface.

[Conventional technology] Conventionally, surface decorative sheets for building materials such as furniture, wall materials, ceiling materials, etc. have been produced by ■ printing on paper base paper and then coating it with amino alkyd resin or polyurethane resin paint; ■ calendaring. Printing is performed on a sheet of polyvinyl chloride, etc. obtained by a polyvinyl chloride method or melt extrusion method, or a transparent sheet is heat-sealed on top of the printing, or ■ Printing is performed on paper base paper. After that, transparent sheets such as polyvinyl chloride are laminated using adhesive.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and the present invention comprises: (1) a step of obtaining a printing paper using foamed ink on any part of the pattern of a base sheet; The process of coating the entire surface of printing paper with a transparent synthetic resin sol,
■ At the same time as the synthetic resin sol is gelatinized, the foamed ink is foamed to obtain a decorative sheet whose surface corresponding to the pattern printed with the foamed ink is more matte than the rest of the surface. This is a method for producing a decorative sheet having a difference in gloss on the surface, comprising the step of further providing a transparent thermosetting resin layer on the surface.

On the above-mentioned base paper, printing such as a title pattern, an inkstone pattern, an abstract pattern, a monochrome full-surface coat, etc. is applied using a conventional printing method such as gravure printing or offset printing. Gravure printing is preferred from the viewpoint of printing durability, and the ink is a vehicle of ordinary resins such as nitrified cotton, cellulose acetate, vinyl chloride, acrylic resin, butyral, etc. alone or in the form of a mixture or copolymer.
As a coloring agent, a mixture of pigments, dyes, general organic solvents, etc. is used.

Foam ink is applied onto the printing paper using a normal printing method such as gravure printing. At this time, the drying temperature is kept to a level that dries the foamed ink (usually 120°C or less) to prevent foaming. The foamed ink uses a resin such as vinyl chloride, acrylic resin, or ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer as a vehicle, contains about 2 to 10% of a foaming agent, and contains pigments, dyes, organic solvents, etc. as a coloring agent. Use the kneaded one. As the foaming agent, it is preferable to use a relatively low foaming type foaming agent with a foaming ratio of about 2 to 5 times.

Next, in step (2), a transparent synthetic resin sol is applied to the entire surface of the printing paper coated with the foamed ink as described above, and the synthetic resin may include polyvinyl chloride resin, acrylic resin, , polyurethane resins, etc. Among them, polyvinyl chloride is preferably used in terms of suitability for lamination and suitability for bending. If necessary, the polyvinyl chloride sol is mixed with a plasticizer and the like, and this is coated by an appropriate means to form a resin layer. The polyvinyl chloride sol used for this purpose can be made into a fluid with a relatively low viscosity at room temperature when the degree of polymerization is within the range of about 500 to 1000, and can be easily coated onto printing paper.

Next, in step (2), after coating a synthetic resin sol such as polyvinyl chloride sol as described above, the sol is dried and gelled by heat, and at the same time, foamed ink is foamed, and the pattern area printed with the foamed ink is The surface corresponding to the area is made more matte than the rest of the surface. At this time, a sufficient temperature (usually 150°C or higher) is required, so a general coater can be used as the coating machine, but the machine must have a drying zone with a sufficient drying temperature. be.

In addition, in the present invention, in order to protect the transparent resin layer of the decorative sheet obtained as described above and to adjust gloss, a transparent thermosetting resin layer, such as polyurethane resin, amino A decorative sheet can be obtained by providing a layer of resin such as resin. In this case as well, coating can be carried out in the same manner as for coating the transparent resin layer described above.

According to the present invention, since it has a synthetic resin layer such as polyvinyl chloride on the surface layer, it has excellent abrasion resistance and suitability for post-processing such as wrapping, and the foamed ink area becomes matte due to the foaming of the foamed ink. A so-called gloss matte effect can be obtained, and a decorative sheet can be easily obtained which can be synchronized with the pattern and has a high design quality. Furthermore, when a thermosetting resin layer is provided on the surface of this decorative sheet, a decorative sheet with excellent solvent resistance and tape resistance can be easily and efficiently manufactured.
