[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to a decorative sheet having a printed pattern, and more specifically to a decorative sheet having a flat printed pattern which is printed with printing ink mixed with a foaming agent and then dried at a temperature which does not cause foaming, and which then is heated just before or after being attached to a commonly used substrate such as plywood or particle board, thereby foaming the printed ink pattern which has been mixed with a foaming agent, making it possible to continuously obtain a decorative board with an uneven pattern, the object of which is to obtain a decorative sheet which has a flat finish which can be wound up into a paper tube, etc., and which is capable of expressing an uneven pattern.

Conventional decorative sheets with uneven patterns have uneven pattern areas, so if a decorative sheet with only a flat printed pattern is rolled up in a large amount around a paper tube, the weight of the paper may crush the uneven parts of the pattern or cause the rolling. It was almost impossible to actually wind the winding due to problems such as the increased space required and the winding becoming misaligned during handling.

Therefore, when manufacturing a decorative board by pasting these decorative sheets onto a substrate such as plywood, it is not possible to adhere them continuously, so it is necessary to adhere them to the substrate in discontinuous sheets. This significantly reduces the production efficiency of decorative laminates.

This invention was developed as a result of various researches to improve the drawbacks in the mass production of decorative sheets with uneven patterns as described above. The present invention was developed by mixing common printing ink and a heat foaming agent on the top surface of common sheet-like substrates such as paper and film. After printing a desired pattern using printed ink, the entire surface is coated with transparent or colored transparent synthetic resin paint, and the decorative sheet is finished by drying at a low temperature where the heated foaming agent does not foam. Regarding a decorative sheet that can be rolled up and potentially exhibits a so-called uneven pattern, the printed layer portion is foamed using printing ink mixed with a heating foaming agent immediately before or after the decorative sheet is attached to a substrate such as plywood. The present invention relates to a decorative sheet capable of expressing an uneven pattern, which makes it possible to continuously produce a decorative board having an uneven pattern. The method for manufacturing the decorative sheet according to the present invention will be explained below.

As shown in FIG. 1, the present invention forms a solid printing layer 2 on the top surface of a commonly used sheet-like base material 1 such as paper or film using a commonly used printing ink that does not contain a foaming agent.
Next, a printed layer 3 is formed on the upper surface of the solid printed layer 2 in a portion where a convex portion is to be formed using printing ink mixed with a heating foaming agent. Furthermore, if necessary, a printing layer 4 is formed on other parts of the solid printing layer 2 using a commonly used printing ink, that is, a heating foaming agent is mixed in at least one of the several printing layers. The sheet is also printed with printing ink, and then the entire surface is covered with a transparent or colored transparent synthetic resin paint 5, and the desired decorative sheet 7 is obtained by drying at a low temperature below the temperature at which the heated foaming agent foams.

In addition, in the present invention, the printing layer 3 mixed with the above-mentioned heating foaming agent and the conventional printing layer 4 may be partially overlapped and printed, and there are various combinations depending on the printing pattern or uneven parts, but the main point is It is essential to print a required portion at least once using a printing method that can be foamed by heating.

As is clear from the above explanation, the decorative sheet of the present invention obtained by the above-mentioned method has a desired pattern formed on the top surface of a commonly used sheet-like base material such as paper or film using a commonly used printing ink and an ink mixed with a heating foaming agent. After printing, the entire surface is coated with transparent or colored transparent synthetic resin paint, and the heated foaming agent dries at a low temperature that does not cause foaming.Similar to decorative sheets with conventional flat printed patterns, it can be applied to paper tubes, etc. It can be rolled up in a large amount without causing any slippage, and the printing layer portion of the printing ink mixed with the heating foaming agent can easily foam by applying heat just before or after pasting it onto a substrate such as plywood. Since the unevenness is formed by using the decorative sheet, continuous adhesion production is possible without having to apply the decorative sheet in sheets to the substrate as in the past, and the production efficiency of the decorative board can be greatly increased.
