DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION This invention 1d provides a first synthetic resin coating using a synthetic resin coating in which 40 to 300 parts by weight of a filler is added to 100 parts by weight of the resin content of the synthetic resin on the surface of a base material. After forming the layer, and while it is still uncured, a second synthetic resin paint layer is applied onto the first synthetic resin paint layer using a synthetic resin paint that is relatively incompatible with the synthetic resin paint used when first applied or printed. A decorative material characterized in that a synthetic resin paint layer is formed, dried and cured, and a mottled convex pattern is formed on the surface of the first synthetic resin paint layer by the synthetic resin paint containing a filler. The purpose is to provide a decorative material having a very natural mottled convex pattern using a simple manufacturing method.

■ Organic solvent type resin - emulsion type resin ■ Organic solvent type resin - water soluble resin ■ Water soluble resin - emulsion type resin In addition to the above, even in combinations of water soluble resins, one is a cationically modified water soluble resin and the other is a cationically modified water soluble resin. Any anionic water-soluble resin may be sufficient, and even in the case of a combination of emulsion-type resins, it is sufficient to achieve the object of the present invention if one is an emulsion stable in methanol and the other is an emulsion that gels in methanol. I can do it.

Furthermore, if a dye is used as a coloring agent, and the dye has a property that it does not dissolve or is difficult to dissolve in the synthetic resin to which it is added, but it dissolves easily in the other synthetic resin paint, the dye can be used as a coloring agent. An extremely beautiful decorative material can be obtained by diffusing from one synthetic resin paint to another synthetic resin paint.

While this synthetic resin paint 4 is not cured, the synthetic resin paint 3
When the synthetic resin paint 5, which has relatively poor compatibility with the first synthetic resin paint layer, is applied to the entire surface using an appropriate coating machine such as a roll coater, curtain coater, or spray paint machine, and then dried, the surface of the first synthetic resin paint layer is coated. A decorative plywood is obtained in which a mottled convex pattern is formed using a synthetic resin paint containing a filler.

The exact reason why this mottled convex pattern is formed is not known, but the two plywood resin paints are relatively incompatible, and the synthetic resin paint that is first applied or printed contains a certain percentage of filler. The addition of , and the difference in surface tension between synthetic resin paints work subtly, and when the synthetic resin paint that is later applied or printed displaces some of the synthetic resin paint underneath and dries and hardens, its volume shrinks. It seems possible.
