ツシヤ、１８……油還流溝、１９……油還流隙間

補正 昭６３．７．６ 実用新案登録請求の範囲を次のように補正する
。
【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 回転軸が貫挿される軸受け孔を有する含油軸受
けと、この含油軸受けを自体の内周に装着固定す
るハウジングと、上記含油軸受けの軸方向一端面
と接触するように重設される潤滑油保持部材とを
備える軸受け装置であつて、上記含油軸受け外周
面あるいは上記ハウジングの少なくとも上記含油
軸受け外周に接する内周面に複数の油還流溝が刻
設されると共にこの油還流溝と上記ハウジング内
周面あるいは上記含油軸受け外周面とで毛細管が
形成され、かつ上記含油軸受けの軸方向他端面側
にワツシヤが配設されると共に上記含油軸受けの
軸方向他端面と上記ワツシヤとの間に油還流隙間
が形成され、上記含油軸受けの軸方向他端面側か
ら滲み出た油が毛細管現象により上記油還流隙間
から上記油還流溝へと還流し、さらに上記潤滑油
保持部材に吸収保持されることを特徴とする軸受
け装置。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回転軸が貫挿される軸受け孔を有する含油軸受
    けと、この含油軸受けを自体の内周に装着固定す
    るハウジングと、上記含油軸受けの軸方向一端面
    と接触するように重設される潤滑油保持部材とを
    備える軸受け装置であつて、上記含油軸受け外周
    面あるいは上記ハウジングの少なくとも上記含有
    軸受け外周に接する内周面に複数の油還流溝が刻
    設されると共にこの油還流溝と上記ハウジング内
    周面あるいは上記含有軸受け外周面とで毛細管が
    形成され、かつ上記含油軸受けの軸方向他端面側
    にワツシヤが配設されると共に上記含油軸受けの
    軸方向他端面と上記ワツシヤとの間に油還流隙間
    が形成され、上記含油軸受けの軸方向他端面側か
    ら滲み出た油が毛細管現象により上記油還流隙間
    から上記油還流溝へと還流し、さらに上記潤滑油
    保持部材に吸収保持されることを特徴とする軸受
    け装置。
