第１図はこの考案の一実施例を示すスピンドルユニット
の断面図、第２図は第１図に示すスリーブの平面図であ
る。 図中、１はハウジング、３はスリーブ、５は軸部材、７
．９はラジアル軸受面、１４．１６はスラスト軸受面、
１８．２１は動圧発生作用みぞ、３４．３６はラジアル
受面、３８．４１は動圧発生用のみぞ、４７．４９はス
ラスト受面、５６゜５８はハウジングの内周面の両端部
である。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ハウジング１の内周面に嵌合して固定したスリー
    ブ３の内周に軸部材５を配設し、前記スリーブ３は内周
    面の両端部に設けたラジアル軸受面７．９と両端面に設
    けたスラスト軸受面１４゜１６とを有し、前記軸部材５
    はラジアル軸受面７．９に対向するラジアル受面３４．
    ３６とスラスト軸受面１４．１６に対向するスラスト受
    面４７．４９とを有し、前記ラジアル軸受面７゜９とラ
    ジアル受面３４．３６との少なくとも一方は動圧発生用
    のみそ３８．４１を有し、前記スラスト軸受面１４．１
    ６とスラスト受面４７゜４９との少なくとも一方は動圧
    発生用みぞ１８゜２１を有し、前記ハウジングの内周面
    の両端部５６．５８はスラスト受面４７．４９より軸方
    向の外側に位置し、前記スリーブ３と軸部材５との間に
    潤滑剤が存在するスピンドルユニット。
  2. （２）スラスト軸受面１４．１６の外周部とスラスト受
    面４７．４９の外周部との少なくとも一方が潤滑剤溜り
    用の周みぞ５２，５４を有する実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載のスピンドルユニット。
  3. （３）潤滑剤がシリコン油を基油として二硫化モリブデ
    ンを混入したちょう度番号Ｏ号以下のグリースである実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のスピンドルユニット
    。
