第１図は従来用いられているヘリングボーン型動圧発生
みぞを有する動圧流体軸受の要部の断面図、第２図およ
び第３図はそれぞれこの考案による動圧流体軸受の実施
例の要部の断面図である。 図中符号１はスリーブ、２は軸、３は動圧発生９みぞ、
４は動圧発生みぞ３の屈曲部、５は周みぞである。

Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）潤滑剤を介して対向し共働する軸およびスリーブ
    のいずれか一方又は双方に、屈曲したベリングボーン型
    の動圧発生みぞを備えた動圧流体軸受において、前記へ
    リングボーンみぞの屈曲部に、前記みぞの深さと同等又
    はそれ以上の深さをもつ周みぞを形成したことを特徴と
    する動圧流体軸受。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、潤滑剤
    が固体潤滑剤を混入したグリースである動圧流体軸受。
