Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 放射線入射窓を有する導電性の外筒と、この外
    筒内部に同心円上に所定距離をおいて交互に配設
    された信号電極および高圧電極と、上記外筒に対
    向する信号電極（または高圧電極）に設けられ且
    つ上記放射線入射窓に所定距離をおいて対向して
    配置される補助電極と、上記信号電極および高圧
    電極を上記外筒に機械的に支持する絶縁支持手段
    と、上記信号電極（または高圧電極）と異なる電
    位の高圧電極（または信号電極）を上記外筒に電
    気的に接続する接続手段とを具備したことを特徴
    とする電離箱。
