90°となる3つの電極部と、中心角が45°と
なる2つの電極部を同時に形成し、このうち中心
角90°の電極部のうち、2つは隙間部を介して
隣り合わせになつており、中心角90°の残りの
1つの電極部は、前記中心角90°の2つの電極
部の両端から45°の位置に配置されるとともに
、その両側に中心角45°の電極部が配置された
