電体部分に互いに９０°位相差のある駆動用高周
波電圧を印加して進行波を発生させ、ステータの
他の面に圧接したロータを進行波により回転させ
るようにした超音波モータにおいて、ステータの
中央部のロータ側にスタビライザを設け、ステー
タの中央部はステータ自身かもしくはスタビライ
ザに設けた突出リングを介してスタビライザに接
しられ、スタビライザを止め部材により基板に固
定することによりステータが固定されることを特
徴とする超音波モータ。 (2) 基板とステータの中央部の対向面間に、そ
れら両者の一方からリング状突条を突出させ、こ
のリング状突条を介してステータと基板とが接す
