音波振動子に接着されて該超音波振動子の振動に
共振し、他面側表面に表面波を発生する環状の弾
性体と、該弾性体の他面側表面に定荷重で圧接さ
れ、該弾性体の表面波によつて駆動される回転子
と、前記定荷重を与えるためのばねと、該ばねと
回転子との間に介挿されたベアリングとから構成
してなる表面波モータ。 (2) 前記回転子の中央部には凹部を設け、該凹
部内に前記ベアリングおよびばねを収納してなる
