ことにより振動を発生する環状の超音波振動子と
、一面が該超音波振動子に固着され、該超音波振
動子の振動に共振して他面側表面に表面波を発生
する環状の弾性体と、該弾性体の他面側表面に定
荷重で圧接されるようにばね材料によつて形成さ
れ、該弾性体の表面波によつて駆動される回転子
と、該回転子の中央部から軸方向に突設された出
力軸と、該出力軸を回転可能に支持し、該出力軸
を介して前記回転子に定荷重を与えるように本体
ケーシングに取付けられたベアリングとから構成
してなる表面波モータ。 (2) 前記配線を前記回転子と本体ケーシングと
の間を通して該本体ケーシングの軸方向に取出す
ようにしてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)項記
