電体部分の裏面側のステータをグランドとして、
互いに９０°位相差のある駆動用高周波電圧を２
つの圧電体部分にそれぞれ印加してステータに進
行波を生じさせ、ステータの他の面に圧接したロ
ータを進行波により回転させるようにした超音波
モータにおいて、導電性金属粉を０．１〜１０ｗ
ｔ％含有する接着剤により圧電体部分をステータ
