に電極を会して電圧印加することにより進行波を
生じさせ、ステータの圧電体接着側とは逆側にロ
ータを圧接して回転させるようにした超音波モー
タにおいて、圧電体の電極に導電体からなるスプ
リング材の一端を加圧接触させ、スプリング材の
他端に圧電体への電圧印加用リード線を接続させ
たことを特徴とする超音波モータ。 (2) スプリング材を、圧電体の複数箇所に加圧
接触させる構成とした請求項1に記載の超音波モ
