発生してミラー体を駆動する駆動用圧電素子を有
する圧電振動子と、 前記圧電振動子のミラー体側とは反対側の面に
接合され、駆動用圧電素子の超音波振動により駆
動される被動部材と を具備することを特徴とする車両用ミラーのク
リーニング装置。 (2) 前記被動部材は、駆動用圧電素子の超音波
振動により駆動される被動用圧電素子と、前記被
動用圧電素子の表裏両面に接合された電極とから
構成されていることを特徴とする請求項１に記載
