平側面および垂直側面の一方に第1の圧電素子を
設け、他方に第2の圧電素子を設け、前記第1の
圧電素子に高周波電圧を印加して共振振動をさせ
るとともに、この高周波電圧に同期して90°位
相のずれたパルス電圧を前記第2の圧電素子に印
加し、第2の圧電素子の最大振幅点が円または楕
円運動をなすようにする電源装置を設け、前記最
大振幅点と接する接触子を設けることにより、前
記接触子または振動子が駆動するようにした圧電
