ータにおいて、ロータ側のステータ環状面に多数
の小幅のスリツトが放射状に設けられ、そのスリ
ツトを有する環状面全体に摩擦係数の小さなコー
テイング材が設けられていることを特徴とする超
音波モータ。 (2) ステータの一方の面に接着された2組の圧
電体部分に互いに90°位相差のある駆動用高周
波電圧を印加して進行波を発生させ、スライダー
材を設けたロータにステータに生じる進行波を作
用させてロータを回転させるようにした超音波モ
ータにおいて、ロータ側のステータ環状面に放射
状の多数の突条が設けられ、各突条の上面に小幅
のスリツトが突条と同方向に複数設けられ、その
スリツトを有する各突条の上面に摩擦係数の小さ
なコーテイング材が設けられていることを特徴と
