波電圧を印加して進行波を発生させ、スライダー
材を設けたロータにステータに生じる進行波を作
用させてロータを回転させるようにした超音波モ
ータにおいて、ロータ側のステータ環状面に放射
状の多数の突条が設けられ、各突条の上面に小幅
のスリツトが突条と同方向に複数設けられ、その
スリツトを有する各突条の上面に摩擦係数の小さ
