Description
光素子としてAPD (アバランシェフォトダイオード
)を使用している光受信器の光受信レベルの変動による
符号誤り警報回路に関する。

の光受信レベルにより最適識別判定値のレベルは異なる

で識別再生ができる光受信レベルの最大及び最小の受信
レベルが定まる。Ii別器6の識別レベルX11は最大
光受信レベル付近で符号誤りを発生するように、また識
別器7のレベルXLは最小光受信レベル付近で符号誤り
を発生するようにそれぞれ調整されている。
識別器4,6.7で再生された信号の符号は一致しない
から、比較器8で警報信号を生成し、警報器9から警報
を発生することが出来る。
信器の最大光受信レベル及び最小光受信レベル付近に於
いてそれぞれ符号誤りを発生するように調整された識別
器により、光受信レベルの変動による符号誤りを警報で
きる。また、本発明の符号誤り警報回路では、警報が発
生する光受信レベルが任意に識別レベルを調整すること
により簡単に設定でき、光受信レベルの変動による符号
誤りを未然にかつ経済的に防止できる。

Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 光信号をアバランシェフォトダイオードで電気信号に
変換し、その電気信号を増幅して第1の符号識別器に供
給し、前記光信号に含まれている符号をその第1の符号
識別器で再生し、前記増幅器の出力レベルを前記アバラ
ンシェフォトダイオードに負帰還して前記第1の符号識
別器の入力レベルを安定化する光受信器の符号誤り警報
回路において、 前記増幅器の出力を受けて前記光信号に含まれる符号を
それぞれ再生する第2及び第3の符号識別器と、前記第
1、第2及び第3の符号識別器で再生された前記符号が
互いに一致しないときに警報を発生する手段とを備え、 前記第1の符号識別器で符号の再生が誤りなくできる前
