第１図は本考案のテープカセツトの正面図であ
る。第２図は第１図のテープカセツトの側面図で
ある。第３図は第１図を線ａ―ａで切断した部分
断面図である。第４図は第１図を線ｂ―ｂで切断
した部分断面図である。第５図は第１図を線ｃ―
ｃで切断した部分断面図である。第６図は第１図
を線ｄ―ｄで切断した部分断面図である。第７図
は従来構造のカセツトの正面図である。第８図は
第７図を線Ａ―Ａで切断した部分断面図である。
第９図は別の従来構造のカセツトの正面図である
。第１０図は第１図を線Ｂ―Ｂで切断した部分断
面図である。 尚、図中主な部分の名称は以下の通りである。
２：テープカセツト、４：内層匣体、６：外層匣
体、８，１０：ハーフ部材、１２：テープ、１４
：巻枠、１６：ガイド部、１８：窓、２０：耳部
分。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 内層匣体及び該内層匣体の外側表面に一体的
    に成形された外層匣体から構成される上下のハー
    フ部材を有し、該上下のハーフ部材は、前記内層
    匣体内側にテープ及び該テープを巻回する巻枠を
    収納し、前面側に前記テープを案内する為のガイ
    ド部を設け、前記外層匣体側に窓部分を設けて成
    るテープカセツトに於て、前記外層匣体を熱可塑
    性エラストマー材料から形成したことを特徴とす
    るテープカセツト。 ２ 外層匣体を形成する熱可塑性エラストマー材
    料にはフツ素樹脂が５〜６０ｗｔ％配合されてい
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のテープ
    カセツト。 ３ 内層匣体を形成するプラスチツク材料は、Ｐ
    ＭＭＡ．ＡＳ．ＰＣ．ＡＢＳ．ＰＳ．Ｈｉ―ＰＳ
    ．ＰＢＴ等の群から選択される実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項に記載のテープカセツト。 ４ 内層匣体を透明性を有するプラスチツク材料
    で形成し、その一部分は、外層匣体の外側表面と
    同一高さ或は僅かに低く設定された外層匣体の窓
    部分を構成している実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項請求のテープカセツト。
