Description
図面は、本考案の包装体および在来の包装体を
示し、第１〜９図は在来のもの、第１０〜１５図
（除く、第６図）は本考案のものである。第１図
は、四方シール包装体、第２図はテーブルシユガ
ーに使われる三方シール包装体、第３図は粘調体
三方シール包装体のいづれも平面図。第４図は第
３図Ａ―Ａ断面の断面図である。第５図は、フイ
ルム包装の開封のメカニズムである「テアー開封
」の動作を示す斜視図である。第６図は、包装用
のフイルムに使われる合成樹脂の一つとしてのセ
ロハン／低密度ポリエチレンラミネート、フイル
ムの熱変化による接着状態を示す特性曲線を示す
。第７〜９図は、粘性物に使われることの多い包
装体、三方シール・四方シール・ステイツク包装
の状況を示す平面図。第１０〜１２図は、本考案
の弱接着部および、そこに開封機構を備えた包装
体の平面図で、第１０図は三方シールに三角切欠
け、第１１図はステイツク包装にカツトミシン入
り、第１２図は三方シールにカツトミシン入り、
第１３図はカツトミシンの断面図である。第１４
〜１５図は、本考案のテアーと押出しによる開封
を行なう包装体の「２動作」を示す動作説明の斜
視図で、第１３図はテアー（引裂き）、第１４図
は押出しにより中身が噴出した状態を示す。 図中記号は、１……熱接着部（普通接着）、２
……弱接着部、３……開封用カツトミシン、４…

Claims (1)
- 内面熱接着性の薄膜を用い袋体の両端を熱封緘
して長方形に成形したる包装体に於いて、袋体の
口部は内容物が漏出しないように完全に熱封緘し
、その完全熱封緘部の袋内部中心部側に、剥れや
すい弱接着部を設け、その弱接着部を切断して開
封部にするようにした包装体に於いて切断構造を
弱熱部内面被膜外側に設置した構造。
