Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 車輪の回転を抑制するブレーキのブレーキシリ
    ンダをブレーキ操作部材の操作に応じた圧力で作
    動させ、車輪の回転を抑制する流体圧ブレーキ系
    と、 車両の速度を検出する車速検出手段と、 車両速度が基準値以下になつた後、前記ブレー
    キシリンダの圧力を自動的に低下させて停車時の
    ゆれ戻りを低減させる停車制御手段と を備えた車両用ブレーキ装置において、 制動が通常の制動であるか緊急の制動であるか
    を判定する制動状況判定手段と、 その制動状況判定手段により制動が緊急制動で
    あると判定された場合に前記停車制御手段による
    ゆれ戻り防止制御の実行を阻止する停車制御阻止
    手段と を設けたことを特徴とする車両用ブレーキ装置。
