[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a transport vehicle with a load delivery conveyor, which is provided with a drive conveyor for delivering loads in a lateral direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the transport vehicle. , when transferring cargo with the conveyor on the fixed side and the drive conveyor on the trolley connected, a drive roller is installed that fills the gap between both conveyors and actively assists in transferring the cargo. To provide a transport vehicle with a cargo delivery conveyor that also serves as a stopper for preventing loads from falling off the drive conveyor while the vehicle is traveling.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the attached illustrative drawings. In FIGS. 1 and 2, 1 is a transport vehicle which is interlocked with automatic steering wheels 2 and a drive motor. This is a conventionally well-known vehicle that is equipped with drive wheels 3 and automatically travels on a fixed travel route set on the floor. Numerals 4 and 5 are drive conveyors for loading and unloading that are arranged in two rows in front and back on the carriage 1, and include a large number of drive rollers that transport the loads in the lateral direction orthogonal to the running direction of the carriage 1. 6,7
These driving rollers 6 and 7 are each operatively connected to a driving motor (not shown).
Reference numerals 8, 9 and 10, 11 designate driving rollers which can be raised and lowered and also serve as stoppers, which are disposed at both ends of each driving conveyor 4, 5.

According to the above configuration, the undulating drive means 17, 18
The power cylinder units 21 and 22 are operated to move the movable bodies 23 and 24 to the guide rollers 27 and 28.
When the reciprocating rollers 25, 26, which move forward together with the movable bodies 23, 24, move forward while being guided by the guide rails 29, 30, the cam parts 19,
20, the movable frames 12, 13 are rotated upward around the end drive rollers 6a, 7a and 6b, 7b, as shown by the stopper drive roller 8 on the right side of FIG. The drive rollers 8, 10 and 9, 11, which also serve as stoppers and are pivotally supported by the movable frames 12, 13, are switched to an upright posture as a stopper that protrudes above the load support level of the drive conveyors 4, 5. On the other hand, contrary to the above, the movable body 2
3 and 24 are moved backward while being guided by guide rollers 27 and 28 and guide rails 29 and 30, reciprocating rollers 25 and 26, which move backward together with the movable bodies 23 and 24, move through cam portions 19 and 20. to move the movable frames 12 and 13 to the end drive roller 6.
a, 7a and 6b, 7b, and as shown by the stopper drive roller 11 on the left side of FIG. The rollers 8, 10 and 9, 11 are switched to an operating position in which they project laterally outwards from the drive conveyors 4, 5 at the same level as the load support level of the drive conveyors 4, 5.

Therefore, the transport vehicle 1 automatically travels along a predetermined route.
As shown in FIG. 2, the fixed side conveyors 31, 3
2, the movable frame on the side adjacent to the fixed side conveyors 31, 32,
For example, the stopper drive rollers 8 and 10, which are pivotally supported on the movable frame 12, are
7 to the operating position as described above, the gap between the drive conveyors 4, 5 on the transport vehicle 1 and the fixed conveyors 31, 32 is filled by the stopper drive rollers 8, 10. In this state, by rotating each of the drive rollers 6, 6a, 6b and 7, 7a, 7b of the drive conveyors 4, 5 in a predetermined direction, the distance between the fixed side conveyor 31 and the drive conveyor 4 on the conveyor cart 1 is increased. , and between the fixed conveyor 32 and the drive conveyor 5 on the transport vehicle 1, loads, such as those shown in FIGS.
Containers 33 shown by virtual lines in the figure can be delivered. At this time, since the stopper drive rollers 8 and 10 are also rotated in the same direction in conjunction with the end drive rollers 6a and 7a of the drive conveyors 4 and 5, these stopper drive rollers 8 and 10 are connected to the container. This will actively assist the delivery action of 33.

In addition, when the fixed side conveyor is connected to the opposite side to the driving conveyors 4 and 5 on the transport vehicle 1, the movable frame 13 on the opposite side is rotated by the up-and-down drive means 18, and this movable frame A drive roller 9 that also serves as a stopper is pivotally supported by 13,
11 is switched to the operating position and acts in the same manner as the stopper/driving rollers 8 and 10.

When the delivery work of the container 33 is completed, the stopper driving rollers 8, 10 or 9, 11, which have been switched to the working position, are switched to the upright position by the undulation driving means 17 or 18 as described above.
As a result, drive rollers 8 to 11 that also serve as stoppers protrude from both ends of the drive conveyors 4 and 5, and when a container 33 is transferred onto the drive conveyors 4 and 5, the container 33 is driven. The stopper driving rollers 8 to 11 in the upright position prevent the rollers from falling from the top of the conveyors 4 and 5.

Note that when both drive conveyors 4 and 5 are driven separately, each drive roller 8 to 11 also serves as a stopper.
It is preferable to configure so that each can be driven up and down separately. In addition, a clutch is interposed in the interlocking mechanism between the drive conveyors 4, 5 and the drive rollers 8 to 11 that also serve as stoppers, which can be switched to the transmission operating state only when these rollers 8 to 11 are switched from the standing position to the operating position. However, even if the drive conveyors 4 and 5 are driven for cargo delivery, the rollers in the upright position among the drive rollers 8 to 11 that also serve as stoppers may not be driven.

The conveyance vehicle with a cargo delivery conveyor of the present invention has a working position that protrudes with respect to the drive conveyor at the same level as the drive conveyor at the cargo transfer end of the drive conveyor on the transportation vehicle as in the above embodiment; Since we have provided rollers that can freely rise and fall between the upright position and the stopper for the load on the drive conveyor, when transferring loads between the drive conveyor on the transport vehicle and the fixed conveyor, the roller between both conveyors can be moved freely. The gap can be filled by the rollers switched to the working position, and even if the gap is large, it is possible to safely transfer loads between both conveyors. In addition, the roller can be switched to an upright position after the delivery of the cargo, and can be used as a stopper to prevent the cargo on the drive conveyor from falling off the conveyor when the transport vehicle is running. Furthermore, according to the present invention, the movable roller that also serves as a stopper is interlocked and connected to the drive conveyor as described above, so that when a load is to be transferred, the roller is also forcibly rotated in the load transfer direction to transfer the load. This allows even lightweight or short loads to be transferred to and from the stationary conveyor reliably and efficiently.
