関係を示すグラフである。 図中、Ａ１，Ａ２は演算増幅器、Ｒｓは補償抵
抗、Ｓは定電流源を示す。

Claims (1)
- ホイートストンブリツジ回路に接続された４個
の半導体歪ケージの対向する第１、及び第２の接
続点から一定電流を供給し、第３、及び第４の接
続点から出力信号を検出する半導体圧力センサに
おいて、前記出力信号を高インピーダンスで電流
値に変換する電圧−電流変換手段と、この電圧−
電流変換手段から出力された電流を前記定電流が
供給されている接続点に帰還する帰還回路とを設
けたことを特徴とする半導体圧力センサの直線性
補償回路。
