Description
第１図はこの考案の一実施例を示すブロツク図
、第２図ａ及びｂはそれぞれ中央処理装置での処
理手順の一例を示すフローチヤート、第３図は実
測値と理論値との関係を示す特性図、第４図は従
来例を示すブロツク図である。 図中、１は外部差動信号源、２は抵抗ブリツジ
、３はオペアンプ、４はＡ／Ｄ変換回路、５は中
央処理装置、１０は選択回路、１３ａは第１の基
準電圧源、１３ｂは第２の基準電圧源である。
、第２図ａ及びｂはそれぞれ中央処理装置での処
理手順の一例を示すフローチヤート、第３図は実
測値と理論値との関係を示す特性図、第４図は従
来例を示すブロツク図である。 図中、１は外部差動信号源、２は抵抗ブリツジ
、３はオペアンプ、４はＡ／Ｄ変換回路、５は中
央処理装置、１０は選択回路、１３ａは第１の基
準電圧源、１３ｂは第２の基準電圧源である。
Claims (1)
- 外部差動信号源からの差動入力と異なる電圧値
の第１及び第２の基準電圧源からの電圧とを選択
的に切換える選択回路と、該選択回路の選択出力
が供給されるブリツジ抵抗とオペアンプとからな
る入力回路と、該入力回路の差動出力をデイジタ
ル値に変換するＡ／Ｄ変換回路と、該Ａ／Ｄ変換
回路のデイジタル出力が供給されると共に、前記
選択回路を制御し、当該選択回路で選択した前記
第１の基準電圧源の電圧に基づく測定値及び前記
第２の基準電圧源の電圧に基づく測定値に基づき
理論値と実測値との補正関数を演算し、該補正関
数に基づき前記選択回路で選択した差動入力の実
測値に対応する理論値を算出する処理装置とを備
えたことを特徴とする差動入力装置。
