Claims (1)
- 熱良導性材料からなる基板と絶縁性材料からな
る枠体とにより構成される容器内の前記基板上に
固着された絶縁層または絶縁基板上に形成された
パターン配線上に半導体チツプおよび板状端子の
一端部がはんだ接合され前記板状端子の他端部が
前記容器の外部へ導出され前記容器内に樹脂が注
入され封止されてなる半導体装置において、前記
板状端子の一端部が縦に分割され、その分割部の
一分割部分が板の一面側に他分割部分が板の他面
側にそれぞれ板面に対してほぼ直角となるように
折り曲げられ、この折り曲げられて左右に拡がつ
た分割部面で前記板状端子とパターン配線とのは
んだ接合がなされていることを特徴とする半導体
装置。
