側面図、第5図は横押しボルトを六角レンチで操
作する場合を模式的に示す要部を断面した正面図
、第6図は横押し構造を利用した案内レールの他
の取付け態様を模式的に示す要部を断面した正面
図、第7図は従来のリニアガイド装置の取付け態
様の概要を説明する正面図、第8図、第9図、第
10図はそれぞれ従来のリニアガイド装置の取付
け手段を示す正面図である。 Bは転動体、Beは機台(ベツド)、Taはテ
ーブル、1は案内レール、1A,43は転動体転
動溝、2はスライダ、21,25は(横押し構造
の)ねじ穴、22,26は横押しボルト、52は
案内レールの取付けボルト、54はスライダの取
付けボルトである。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 軸方向に延長されその両側面に軸方向に転動体
    転動溝を有して機台に取付ボルトで固定される案
    内レールと、該案内レールに遊嵌されると共に前
    記転動体転動溝に対向する転動体転動溝を有する
    スライダとを備え、該スライダが前記転動体転動
    溝内に嵌合された多数の転動体の転動を介して前
    記案内レールの軸方向に直線移動可能とされたリ
    ニアガイド装置において、 前記案内レールとスライダのうちの少なくとも
    一方の一側面に、該側面と直交する複数個のねじ
    穴を穿設し、該ねじ穴に横押しボルトを螺合させ
    たことを特徴とする横押し構造を有するリニアガ
    イド装置。
