図で、第１図は治具の分解斜視図、第２図はテー
ブルに固定した治具を示す斜視図である。第３図
は従来構造におけるワークの位置決め操作を模式
的に示した平面図である。 図中、１：上板、２：下板、３：介装板、６：
締結ボルト、７：ナツト、９：下板固定ボルト、
１０：ワーク、１２，２２：長孔、１３，２３：
キー、２４：ナツト嵌装溝、３１：貫通孔、３２
，３３：キー溝、４１：テーブル、４６：ワーク
固定バイス。

Claims (1)
- 上板１と下板２とその中間の介装板３とを備え
ており、上板１と介装板３とは一方向に摺動自在
で下板２と介装板３とは上記一方向と直交する方
向に摺動自在であり、介装板３には締結ボルト６
の貫通孔３１が設けられており、上板１には該貫
通孔に対応する位置に前記一方向の長孔１２が設
けられており、下板２には前記貫通孔３１に対応
する位置に前記直交する方向の長孔２２が設けら
れると共に該長孔の裏面側にこれと平行なナツト
嵌装溝２４が設けられており、下板２をボール盤
のテーブル４１に固定する固定手段を有し、上板
１、介装板３及び下板２は長孔１２、貫通孔３１
及び長孔１２を貫通する締結ボルト６と下板のナ
ツト嵌装溝２４に遊嵌されたナツト７とで締着さ
れる、ボール盤用の孔明け治具。
