- 電子部品の電気的特性の測定を行うための導電
接続装置であつて、先端接触部形状が平面の導電
接触ピンを用い、導電接触ピンを測定ワーク端子
に押し当て接触面に平行方向に微動させる機構を
設けた構造としたことを特徴とする導電接続装置
。
